How it works
- Go to your customer account, open the order and click “Return items”. No account? Email hello@gauvainparis.com with your order number.
- Tell us whether you would like an exchange (and the size you need) or a refund.
- You receive your prepaid return label by email: the return costs you nothing, wherever you are.
- Pack the item carefully (in its original packaging if you still have it) and drop the parcel off at the point shown on the label.
- Once the item has been received and checked at our warehouse, we ship your new size or issue your refund.
For an exchange, the new size ships as soon as we receive your return. If it is out of stock, we offer you another size, another colour or a refund.
Conditions
For a return or exchange within 30 days, the item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odours or perfume, and with its tags attached. You are of course welcome to try it on at home, as you would in a shop.
Personalised or made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
An item that does not meet these conditions will be sent back to you, or, if you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, a deduction matching its loss in value may be applied.
Faulty item or wrong order
If your item is faulty or does not match your order, write to us with a photo. We cover the return and offer you a replacement or a refund, whatever your country. This service is in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity described in our Terms of Sale.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
This policy is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and does not reduce it. You can exercise that right at any time during the period using the “Withdraw from contract here” function in your customer account or on your order status page, or as set out in Article 8 of our Terms of Sale.
